Last top to dealer with warranty remaining...

I'm right at 99k and the extended warranty I purchased through Ford is about to run out. I'm taking my truck to the dealer for a final list of what I feel should be repaired under warranty. I have a "clunk" in either my transfer case or the front differential after I switch out of 4wd and into 2wd. Also I have a "tapping" somewhere behind my dash. My question to you guys is, is there anything in particular I should have the dealer check? I have an H&S mini maxx that I'll have installed along with a 4" down pipe back exhaust. Most likely the exhaust will be flo-pro. Truck already has an AFE intake.

I've had my truck for 200,000+ miles and I hardly had anything happen to it so the issues I had were minimal Than God. But for PM I would have them check the bearing in your front hubs, mine went out around 100k and would make an ugly screetching noise and kept the 4x4 locked which killed my mileage till I replaced it. also my rear hub seal was bad and leaking also around 100k, you should get that checked out while your at the dealer.

The ticking behind dash is the blend door (hvac). The clunking could be normal via the vacuum actuated 4x4....you do have a few miles so its also possible some items have some wear as well.
Edit: Have them check over the cooling system too, updated hoses, rad leak, t stats etc etc.

And pulley tensioners are a common issue I'd have looked at. Mine were replaced at 25k and are still squeaking again at 38k
