I did the same back in February...traded my truck with 14,000 miles for an almost identical truck plus leather, Audiophile, Sirius, power pedals, memory seats, and stabilizer package. I ended up dropping a payment and lowering my monthly payments by $10 a month.

Its called dealer incentive, program ford runs on dealers who have sold x number of units, or have old stock on the lot. Gives them more wiggle room on the bottom line. Helps keep vehicles moving. Right now if your in the market its a great time to buy.
