Knocking noise

Ok I have a weird situation. I havent looked at it all too much yet but id like to see if someone else has experience it. When im driving down the road there is a noise that happens almost every 30-60 seconds that sounds like when you turn your heater on.(I dont really know how to describe that sound) But its on the passenger side and you can kind of feel it in the floor. Any ideas what this might be? The heater does not have to be on for this to happen so i know its not like a blend door or anything!
Thanks for the help in advance!

There has been a few threads in here about it. Seems to be common on these trucks to where someone mentioned that they have a recall on that.

I hope you are talking about a little rattle that some have described as a "Morse code" or "Typewriter" noise.
Its caused by these ......blower units/thingies (IDK the proper name. By the way there is two of em).

I remember this cause my truck has done the same since day one.........but it never bothered me. I just love it when the passenger says :"What's that ??" so I can go :"What's what ??" and make em believe they are hearing noises.

If you dig a little dipper on this or another forum, you should be able to find some info on it.

Title on hand like always

The type writer noise is completely different. You might be talking about the compressor does it if your account is on or defrost is on. The type writer tapping noise can't be heard from inside the truck

Yes mine is not a type writer noise. I dont really know how to explain it but you can for sure hear it inside the cab when you are driving
