New to me truck with weird problems

Hey guys I just picked up a nice truck from a buddy of mine its a 08It runs and drives nice. It's deleted and tuned and has a set of industrial turbos. The problem is I kept getting a cylinder one misfire and contribution code. I think I corrected the issue by draining the water out of the fuel which there was a lot. The previous owner clearly ran watered down red dye.

How can I get the water out of the system? Gonna change the filters once the poopy fuel is taken care of

Also I keep getting turbo sensor codes and turbo performance codes.

Lastly throws a GM 5volt code.

Trying to resolve the issues I got a hell of a deal on the truck it's got lots of goodies.

Yeah, your probably in need of a #1 injector and possibly a pump... running water in these trucks usually means big money repairs... Like complete fuel system replacement....maybe you will get lucky...sounds like he ran off road diesel from a non-filtered source...a big tank sitting above ground with just a pump and a hose with no water separator/filter...no bueno...

Thought I would throw a little eye candy out there.

I got the fuel issues resolved and changed all the filters hasn't thrown any misfire codes or contribution codes. In about 600 miles out of the 625 I've owned it. The only codes it keeps throwing are these:

New map sensor should go in here soon hoping it will resolve those codes.

The map sensor should resolve those codes. Also take off the ebp sensor and tube and clean/replace.

Pulled the map out and it was plugged solid. EBP reads 56 with key on not running and only goes up while it's running I cleaned the sensor and tube no change. Think a lot of my problems are the EBP.

Yup could be. Might be worth it to replace the map and ebp sensor if they were that dirty.
