Question Shocks for my 2WD?

hey guys, i need some help selecting some replacement shocks for my truck. ill be ordering from Rock Auto.

Basically what i want is a set for the front and a set for the rear. i have stock motorcraft shocks now and i have 67K on the truck now. So, i am thinking on replacing them now and looking for some thoughts on what i should replace them with.

should i pick under heavy duty or increased performance?

let me know guys think and im not going out for crazy, just mainly change out stock for something close to it if not a little better.
