Need Opinions and Thoughts

I'm considering selling my 7.3 and hopping into a 6.4. I found a pretty clean 08 F250. The guy hasnt done anything to it besides a lift and tires. I know I'll need to do the basics, EGR delete, DPF Delete, gonna throw out the CAT as well, get a Tuner and I think thats it, right? Anyways, what are your guys thoughts or concerns or tips about this truck and what I should check out when I go and take a look at it. This is a pretty reasonable price for these trucks in my area (Cali) for the mileage it has. How much do you think I should offer or look out for or check when I go out and look at it. Thanks in advance. Always eager to learn more about these trucks so gimme all the info you got!!

Search the problems with these trucks. Mostly coolant issues I think. Check the build date. I think to avoid leaking radiators you want with late 07 or 08 build dates. So check coolant levels and make sure it has been maintained properly. Fuel filters and such. Looks like a nice truck for a decent price. I just paid 28 for an 08 king ranch with 96k. Also if you tune it get a high flow intake or it will set off the filter minder when you go over half throttle.

Say hello to the new 7.3.....I mean the 6.4. The 6.4 is a great motor, you need to delete as you mentioned and maintenance is a must. How many miles are on the truck? I'm only asking, because I'm not sure I would buy a high mileage 6.4 that has not been deleted.

Chances are if you buy a early build date like mine 01/07 the bugs will be worked out but maintenance is key it needs a lot more attention then old faithful
