doing studs what else?

Just ordered studs and top end gaskets from rudys today what else should I do while cab is up? 2008 f350 130,000 miles ,4" dp back exhaust,s&b,flo pro full egr delete ,sinister coolant filter, mishimoto rad,sct running idp tunes.exhaust is missing all sensors idled high so I'm considering a 5" turbo back kit and adding whichever sensor it's looking for and possibly rudys uppipes if nothing else is wrong when we get into it.

Definitely up-pipes, stocks usually only go 100,000k +-45,000miles, then the bellows go out...it's a whole lot easier doing them cab-off...Rudy's seem to be the go to brand...

Yes they do, more expensive but they do sell up-pipes for egr deleted trucks...

Ordered down pipe and up pipes from rudys today super excited til the heads came off.after cleaning the pistons I noticed a hairline crack in the top of 1 of the pistons.I'm gonna replace them all but what should I put in and is the coating worth it.already pulled the pan and girdle gonna start pushing them out the holes in the morning.is it ok to reuse the rod bolts?

Man that sucks. I would go with the HD pistons from Rudy's. I'm not sure about the coating.

Since you have egr delete you can just get rid of the drivers side up pipe all together no need to spend money on a new one. Just drill and tap your blockoff plate for the ebp sensor
