Need help deciding

I picked up an 08 F350 KR srw last year with about 87K on it and haven't really done much other than add front and rear camera's, new headlights, and re-lineXed the bed. Also picked up some 2012 oem 20's to replace the kr 18's the truck came with. Just picked up some bushwacker oe style flares that are getting painted. so i need some help deciding whether or not to go with a 6" lift or go for performance and get a spartan or H&s along with exhaust, intake, and deletes. also was wondering if i should get the coolant filtration set up as well. Thanks in advance. I'll try to get some pics in later

To me the powertrain is a very important in your truck. I feel that the performance mods would be a better route to go. I did the DPF delete , intake and Race tuner as soon as i got my truck. then i did the EGR delete. shopped around for a while for a lift and found a used icon for sale and bought it later.. TO each his own really.

I hear the coolant filtration system is a must is that true?

I don't know if it's a "must" but it's definitely a good upgrade. Very easy and relatively cheap to do.

Spartan or h&s and for intake s&b or volant. I'm thinking 5" turbo back exhaust not too sure about the welding to waste gate

After I put the flares on


I've decided to go with a level kit and some bilstein 5100's and find a used spartan or h&s
