Two questions...

Hi!

I've got two questions re my new to me 2009 f450 - 16000 miles.

1. Over the weekend we pulled our 40' fifth wheel from ga to tn and back. About 250 miles or so one way. From ga to tn the truck regenned six times. On the way back five. (We also had to refill twice!!) I drive the truck about 80 miles a day and get a regen everyday. Is this normal??

2. While pulling the fifth wheel up inclines I would get a loud whistling sound - like wind going around buildings. Is that normal turbo sounds or is it abnormal?

Thanks a bunch!!

Matt

How do you normally drive the truck? Good, hard driving helps reduce regens, usually. Short, quick trips makes it hard.

That is a lot. I regen about every 250-300 miles. Of course my warranty is up next month so those will be a thing of the past shortly!!!
