Best year 6.4 to buy???

Im currently looking for a clean 6.4 and just wanted to know if there were any updates done between 08 & 10 and if one year is better than another. The market is saturated with 08's which is fine but they are falling out of warranty and I dont wanna end up with a headache. Thanks for your help

Kyle

I sold my 07 a year ago and leased a f150 ecoboost. Stupidest thing ive ever done! Time to get back in the game

Found a beautiful 08 FX4 CCSB in florida with only 40k miles. Having them send the oasis as we speak.

Well like any production run, when it comes near its end numerous parts have been updated and tweaks have been made. Improvements are done through the entire generation. So I'd have to say a '10 would be the best.

You getting an Oasis is a good idea so let us know what you see. Maybe a member is close to the truck and would take kindly to look at it for you too?

Early 08 trucks are generally more problem prone than later 08 or 09-10 trucks.

I've been finding 2011 6.7s for the same price so I have some serious thinkin to do. Can still mod a 6.7 but its a lot more reliable in stock form. I'm not lookin to make a balls out hot rod but I would like to delete it and mild tune.
