Without any rubber? I would imagine pretty crappy ride and handling.

My little brother has a 2010 chevy silverado 7.5 bds lift 20x14 rims with a -45 offset he has 35x13.5 pro-comp tires when I drove it the tires kept hunting (wandering) going down the highway I know it's not a ford but that's what I experienced driving his truck. Jmo hope this helps you.

The wider the tire the more they will follow the road. My tires are 13" wide on a 10" wide rim. Some times it can get a little hairy. Lol

I love mine, the only complaints I have on them is they hydroplane a bit more then normal at hwy speeds and I had to do alot of cutting to make them fit on a 6" lift with 35" tires
