6.7 cummins from f750 in a f350

I am wondering if it is possible to install the 6.7 cummins from the F750 into a 2010 F350 and if so do you think I would need to change out the transmission also. Just looking for options just in case the engine for some reason gives out on me. I have always wanted something completely different and this would be my chance for it later down the road plus give me a nice little project to keep me busy when I retire. Feel free to give any and all comments, ideas and recommendations.
Thank you

It's possible, but far from a DIY project.

Custom motor mounts, it would be an electrical nightmare to get the dash instruments to work with the different motor/electronics. Check out destroked.com. They are experts in the cummins swap business
