Wrecked truck?

So a women decided to pull out in front of me Friday and I hit her..... Toyota
Corolla vs. f350- not a good idea. Her car is toast- the truck doesn't look too bad- bumper headlight fender- but the steering wheel just free spins with out moving the tires...... What could be broke in the steering ? The box? I didn't see any broken parts under truck but it was in middle of road so I didn't look too long

I would get the whole steering system rebuilt if it was hard enough to snap something. Shaft down to ball joints.
