While the cabs off...

So my truck is in the shop with blown HG's and I have the following going in while it is there.

ARP Studs
Full EGR delete
Cold Side Intercooler Pipe
new oil cooler. (since it is clogged)
new EGT probe, factory one crapped out
Coolant Filtration system

Is there anything else I need to look into while I have the cab off? Not talking about injectors or Turbos or anything.

What do yall think?

Sounds like a good list....maybe check your up-pipes and if funds are available, look into upgrading those while you're at it.

Good Luck,
Turbo Kidd

Yea I would look into either 6.0 manifolds and up pipes or just heavy duty up pipes. Also possibly a ported intake manifold. If the funds are available

I don't know if the shop doing it would look for this or not, but remind them to check the wiring harness to the HFPF for any chaffing while it is all torn apart. Would be an easy time to replace if any signs of starting to chafe.

Funds are def. not available after this. Mainly looking at small items that might need to be replaced soon. Not really looking to make anymore power than I have now all i use the truck for is to tow and daily driver.

I will have them take a look at it.

I can understand that. Just figured I would suggest it while the cab was off

Belt and tensioner. I say this because I need to change mine and it would be a hell of a lot easier without the cab on...
