Has anyone removed the exhaust filter and/or the catalytic converter to try to get better milage with the 2008 F250 Powerstroke diesel 6.4?

Yes but you need the programming to shut the regen off. It is possible:thumb:

Yep there are a lot of stories on here about it. from everything i have read they are getting so much better mileage, but you have to get a program to shut off the regen-mode.

Stacks can be done. Twinturbostroker did it to his but has the regen delete programming.

I am looking at getting a new F350 Dually, If you remove the SCT for warranty work, can the computer detect it ever being on the vehicle? And is the delete pipe something you can take on and off for the same reason? Just curious, I would like improved mileage, but also enjoy a warranty from time to time.

Thanks,
Joey
