Blew freeze Plug after complete rebuild

I have a 6.4L that wee did a complete rebuild (pistons, rings, injectors,hp pump everything new) and after two weeks of driving and 500 miles I blew a freezeplug in the front. this happens while I was going about 50 and I accelerated hard to pass another car. the only other thing that I notice is that on the right side the glow plug harness was hanging like it had blowed that out to.

any Ideas guys?

Problem Solve, the machine shop didnt use oem freezeplugs. I talk to one of the diesel tecs at the dealer and he said that they had seen that too many times. so from now on only Ford freezeplugs.
