If your getting a 6.4, make sure all the TSB's and Recall stuff has been preformed. A 2008 6.4 Job 3 had almost all the kinks and bugs worked out, but a 2009 or 2010 is better yet.

159,000 Is nothing for a well maintained diesel engine. There will be some worn out steering and suspension components to look out for.

And the sooner that tuner and exhaust was put on the better. Nothing worse for a 6.4 then the EGR and DPF IMO.
