09 f250 worth?

im thinking of parting ways with my 09 f250 just wondering what i should ask for it. its an awesome truck best one ive ever owned i dont want to get rid of it but i really wanna buy a new house and i only drive this on the weekends since i have a company truck. anyway heres the run down

09 f250 crew cab long bed fx4
6.4 diesel 45xxx miles
truck has black leather interior captains chairs up front full power and heated
sync system stock 6 disc and speakers. basically a lariat without the sunroof nav and power rear window.
black exterior.
exterior mods are recon projector headlights with hid's
blacked out tail lights, side markers, fender vents.
wheels are 20' bmf novakane stealth with toyo rubber still great tread left.
2.5' leveling kit and tough country adjustable track bar bracket
firestone airbag helper kit.
motor mods are diamond eye 5" dp back exhuast with dpf/cat delete also have all the stock exhaust and rims and tires. h&s black max tuner.

the only work besides scheduled maintenance done to the truck is the t stat housing replacement and the newer radiator.
i really dont wanna sell this truck but it looks like i might have too. im thinking of asking somewhere around 36-38k what do you guys think?

Just STOLE a '10 for less than 22k...retail books over 31k NADA and Edmunds....rough trade was around 22k according to both, and kbb had rough trade around 18..mine has 133k miles tho, so I'd say if you get over 27-29k, you're doing well....

I got rid of my 09 350 in feb for 33k. I took it back to stock and put everything on the 06. My 09 had everything but nav and sun roof with 40k on her. So I would say 31k-34k is what you should expect. The mods are not going to bring any extra money so if you got the stock parts put them back on and sell the aftermarket stuff to make you 36+ that you want.
