I'd rather change My own and know for sure the water seperator was drained
and inspected for debris
and the key cycled enough times to get all the air out of the system
for the injectors sake

then again I wash My own vehicle LOL

you'd Be surprised ant the potential problems you may find before they are real issues

loose lugs /cracked rims/tire slices/ETC

Just because I have a banner that states "Moderator"
does not mean you can't argue with my opinions !

It is a good thought, You wash a car then your car engine is working good and You show that you wash a car then water is not go for your car engine because it is effected your car. Today more electric car machine is available in a market so you use to electric machine for a car wash.
