Idler pulley???

Looking for a proper part number for what I think is an idler plulley. It's the wheel right above the tensioner and under the egr elbow or if your deleted right under where the intercooler pipe and egr delete elbow pipe meet. Also how hard would it be to just change this wheel. A while ago I sprayed some belt dressing on the belt and some junk has built up on the wheel starting to put grooves in the belt. Ill get the belt changed soon for now only have time to do the wheel right now

01/07 Job 1 F350 H&S Tuned. ARP Studs, AFE 4'' straight pipe, EGR delete with elbow, AFE stage 2 CAI, 6'' lift on 37s, 20x12 Fuel Nuts two piece, Sinister coolant filter, CCV Mod, Projector headlights HID kit

7C3Z-8678-B and 3C2Z-8678-AA are both idlers. I also need to replace the idlers and belt tensioners. I am not sure how hard it is but i am also curious.

I did both of mine and the tensioner, not that hard, but you will have to remove the black case around the fan, and un bolt the frame around the fan, and to make it easier in me I unbolted the fan as well
