New to forum and 6.4!

How's it goin everyone! My name is Paolo. I live in Florence, Az. I just bought a 08 Ford F-350 King Ranch 4X4 for $28,500 and it has 70,000 on it. Last two trucks I owned was a 2006 Lincoln Mark Lt, sold it cuz I bought a 26Ft travel trailer so I wanted something with more power. Bought a 04 F-250 6.0, but only owned it for a few months. Started having trouble with it,(egr cooler, etc) so I got rid of that and got a 08 F-350 King Ranch and I couldn't be any happier!

So anyone got any suggestions for me? What should I be aware of, things I should replace, etc?

Here's my truck

well that's a nice truck right there!!!! OK first do research about a DPF delete..... you're gonna see a message about a "cleaning exhaust filter" well that's what we call regent mode.... it shoots 1200 heat through the turbo and ruins everything..... if you want there's a thread called 6.4 General modifications in the General section this is what you can do

no u didnt buy a more expensive fix the engine is put together alot better and there is a ton of improvements from the 6.0-6.4 . the only real problem with the 6.4 is the regen process . it basically shoots 1200 degree heat through your turbo . and thus causes multiple problems . its so much easier to buy a delete pipe and mini maxx and get rid of the problem before it eats ur engine . not saying it will happen but does happen quite a bit .
