I just had the lower radiator hose replaced yesterday at the dealership. Double flushed the system, new coolant and out the door for 375.00

There are two lower radiator hoses. Make sure they are replacing both. I just had mine replaced and thought that I was getting both done, and it turns out they only replaced one of them.

I paid around $400 I believe. I wish I would've known and I would've had them replace both of them and it would've been just the cost of the other side of the hose.

Poor communication I guess...at least they will work on a truck that's been...modified...

You'd think on TSB's and recalls Ford would stand behind these trucks even if they are "out of warranty". It is complete BS that their/International's design flaw is what the problem is. You know, contractors/millwrights/etc anyone else in an industry that designs and builds has to stand behind their work. ugh, rant over.
