Froggys Diesel

So I was browsing YouTube and saw this. I have never saw 30+ mpg out of these 6.4's, and they're claiming its possible. Thoughts?

There is no way. These threads pop up every once in a while. These guys have to be smoking the good stuff because even in the comments he said that the computer MPG is off and all their numbers are hand calculated... I'd say someone call them and ask for proof!

Heck. I'll sell all my crap and have them put their stuff on if I can have a 100% money back guarantee that the mileage claims can be accomplished. Btw by money back I mean they give me my money back and I keep all the stuff. That way I get all my performance stuff for free!

I hope they're better at diesel performance than they are at math!

I just found it quite intriguing (even though I know he is full of it) that people feed in this kind of stuff. Figured some of you would find it entertaining, at least!

Re: Froggys Diesel

I saw 31 once on the computer. Reset it going down road at 50 and it held close to 29 for a while till the hill came. Then I came back to reality and went back down to bout 18. Ha.

There was something in the comments about that and they said "with our significant research and testing we have concluded the coolant doesn't matter"...

And I bet dropping a 2wd truck to improve aerodynamics, dropping as much weight as possible, skinny low rolling resistant tires, and epic tuning... Oh and a driver with equally epic self control (I couldn't do it. I spun my tires getting on the freeway after leaving Crossfit because I could...)
