Help figure out what previous owner did with truck

2010 F350 DRW 4x4 lariat with utility service bed.
There is wiring I believe was for a CB which is a red and black wire from the battery to a connector and I can see where it was mounted under the cup holder. Then there are a couple other wires that run to under the steering colum from the front Drivers side headlight but not hooked up. Then there are some wires that appear to be cut at the drivers side firewall and what appears to me to be some sort of compressor any help is greatly appreciated in figuring this all out. Also does anyone know where the antenna would be run to for the CB its mounted on the rear of the cab but can't find the wire to it.

Those wires in the picture that are capped are wiring from the factory that ford puts in so you don't have to run wires through the firewall your self. You can just use the ones they have there that are capped on the inside too. That other piece next to it with the rubber end should be connected to the vacuum pump at the bottom of the picture.

What is the vacuumed pump to? There are two parts that look as if its missing a hose on it one pulls the other pushes air.

That pump runs the blend doors in your truck if it isn't electronic controlled. And also if you have auto 4x4 it locks the hubs for you when left in auto.

Thanks, once I hooked the hose back up it stopped running continuously. Now I just need to find out where the connection to the CB antenna runs into the cab at.
