Body Mount Bushing Troubles

Truck is a 2008 F250

Had a piece of orange rubber/bushing like material under my truck this morning. Climbed under to check it out. Snapped a picture of the area it came from.

Its under the truck like some sort of body mount bushing furthest back point of the cab from what I can see. Any idea how important this little piece is. Im guessing it just helps keep any metal from contacting other metal when the truck flexes. But I dont want any issues.

I've looked around and it doesnt appear that a aftermarket polyurethane bushing has been made yet.

Trying to track down an OEM one doesn't seem easy either on the internet.

Noone else is having theirs wear away and grind/squeak when you make a right turn?!?

The upper bushings look okay. Both drivers and passenger side lowers were rotted away. Could you ship me both lowers?
