100,000 miles

Hey guys going to look at an 08 f250 it has a 100k on it they want 24k any issues to worry about or anything to look for with these motors I'm coming from a 7.3 do no clue with the 6.4 thanks for any input

Oasis report for sure! Job 1,2, or 3? If you don't know what that means, use the search function in the 6.4 section.

Do the oasis report on it and find out what month in 08 it was built

if it was built any time early 07-08 it was a job1 , if it was built late 08 -09 it was a job2 , and job 3 was the last production that ran to late 10

Job 3 is the best. But if everything bad on 1 & 2 was replaced/fixed, u should be fine.

These trucks are great if you do a dpf delete a d h&s mini maxx.
If its lifted the fuel economy is horrible until you do the above mentioned.
Heck even if it was stock height i would still do the dpf delete and h&s mini maxx
