I asked my dealership about this reflash when mine was in for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they have never heard of this reflash and they do not reflash on customer requests. only if ford issues something instructing them to reflash all of a certain vehicle. I left a little shocked.

Regen is the regeneration of the exhaust particulate filter, when the filter burns out the particulate matter it has collected. The newer trucks show a message when they go into regeneration, the older ones can be reprogramed to show the message too, I guess, mine does'nt show anything and I thought I had the latest flash.
