After spending over $40 K on a new truck to solve down time problems, here we are again
Probably hard to get one since they are having to replace them over an over, mine is on its third one, last one I did not even get 1000 miles out of it! Big Demand for them I would say.

I asked my dealership about this reflash when mine was in for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they have never heard of this reflash and they do not reflash on customer requests. only if ford issues something instructing them to reflash all of a certain vehicle. I left a little shocked.

So tell them the truck is running strange, every now and then......then when they say that they can't find anything tell them you want to speak to Ford and I'll put money on it that they will re-flash it

Regen is the regeneration of the exhaust particulate filter, when the filter burns out the particulate matter it has collected. The newer trucks show a message when they go into regeneration, the older ones can be reprogramed to show the message too, I guess, mine does'nt show anything and I thought I had the latest flash.
