Let's see if this makes sense. While I was driving I noticed it not being very bright out with my headlights and fog lights being on. So I looked at the headlight switch and it was pulled out but the fog light symbol was no longer lit so I tried shutting them of and back on and still nothing. So I looked at all the fuses and none were blown and the fog light bulbs sent blown healthier. So now I'm stumped, I was hoping someone else could help me out it would be a big help.

Maybe you have a bad switch. Make sure you have the correct amount of voltage feeding the switch and test to see if you have voltage leaving the switch when it is turned on. If you have proper voltage to the switch and the switch is not sending it out then the switch is bad. Could also be a blown relay. I believe there is a relay on the fog light circuit located in the relay box.
