Dash Lights Dim When Headlights On..Why?
When I turn on any exterior lights (headlights, parking, etc) the dash lights dim so much that during the daylight you can't see any of the stereo displays. Anyone know why and how to prevent?

And before anyone asks yes I have tried the dimmer adjustment.

There's not a good way to adjust it. Bad design. I always drive with my parking lights on and have done that on all of my trucks. You could try covering up the sensor on the dash to fool it into thinking it's night and see if that works.
