Possibly getting a spartan

May be getting a spartan tuner that is used. I know it is the $100 relicensing fee but is there anything else i need to make sure of before I buy it? Such as unlocked or anything like the H&S?

Make sure the PO tuned back to stock before selling it.

i bought mine from a memeber here and it was the easiest thing, we talked on the phone and he sent me the tuner,let me play with it and see that it was returned to stock and i sent him the money,then he ok'd spartan to contact me and give me the tunes. 100 dollars but if it was not returned to stock i belive it was 500 to spartan. all you need is the tuner cable and returned to stock. spartan will walk you through it,and have a gmail account for them to send tunes to
