Do you need bungs on your delete pipe when you run a tuner? Im looking into my delete options right now and some pipes have bungs and some don't

I am not 100% on the delete pipes, but when you do a straight pipe it doesn't matter.

Bungs give you a place to keep the sensors, even though those sensors are not being used. Most people get no bungs, and just zip tie the wires out of the way.

Depends on tuner. Sct requires the back pressure sensor to be plugged in so some get the exhaust with bungs so they can leave it all plugged in. H&S and spartan don't require bungs and those tuners are what so many people use on the site so that's why you see so many with no bungs

as long as it is for the 6.4 it should come preloaded with all the tunes from 40- 350 if it is new. no fee required. install parts and tune and let her have it! make sure it is a dpf delete capable tuner as with the epa stuff they may just include a street model.

DPF/CAT Delete ?

Spartan isn't the best, neither is h&s, it's more like a tie because they both have their pros and cons. I prefer h&s, you can change tune levels on the fly, So if you need to switch between the tow tune and the race tune, it can be done in two clicks of a button, versus 30-40 minutes of downloading and uploading a different tune file. This is great for people who frequently tow.
