Loss boost, turbo sensor code

Friday it was in single digits outside and on my way back from lunch at work and I loss the boost in my truck and my cel came on. I checked the codes on my h&s and there were two, a turbo sensor code came up and something about the turbo not working was the other. I didn't write the codes down because I was going to take it in and have it checked out. After work I had boost and everything was working fine. Yesterday my cel turned off and still everything was fine. Friday morning first thing my dome light stayed on and my message board said my door was open, which it wasn't..

You think it was just a freak issue due to cold weather? It was the first time either if those things happened.

It is your ebp (exhaust back pressure) sensor freezing up. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Easy fix pull the sensor out and clean it with break clean and also the MAP sensor.

No its on the right had side toward the firewall. Its a sensor connected to a long tube that screws on to the exhaust manifold. Take the tube off too and clean it out.

THe map sensor is on the passenger side of the intake manifold. THere are two sensors. The first one is the map sensor. The one behind it is the IAT2 sensor. Take both out and clean them while you are there. They are pretty much right below there the CCV tube goes from the oil filler to the intake. You will see them there
