2008 6.4 glow plug centers blowing out

Anybody ever had the centers blow out of the glow plugs? I have a 2008 F-450, and it blew the center out of #1 cylinder, and after being in the shop for repairs for 7 days, I got it out of the shop only to blow another the same day. I have a Spartan tuner and was running the 250 tune. anybody else have this issue? I now have 4 new glow plugs, but the other four are still original, and I think their just waiting to go if I download the 250hp tune. I don't race this truck, so that's not an issue. Input please!
