Quick question about 3 week storage.
Well maybe not storage, but just sitting in a parking lot. I'm a newbie to diesels, but is there anything that should be of concern? My fuel tank will be full and I do run additive(DK). Every one of the fluids in my truck has just been changed recently, so not concerned there.
Am I being paranoid? Thanks! |

If it's going to be in cold weather my only concern would be the batteries losing charge. I had that happen over one winter when I left my truck in long term airport parking. Shouldn't be a problem if your batteries are in good shape.

Not a problem here in phoenix. Coldest it has been getting lately is high 30s, low 40s in the morning.

Yeah your good for sure then. Always better to be paranoid though and ask. My dead batteries were a real pain to get jumped. Middle of winter in Seattle and to top it off the middle of the night in long term airport parking.
