truck dosent like egr

Hey guys did egr delete this weekend and for some reason my blow off shut off(dosent work) electric switches on.

Also i cleaned the MAP sensor

The truck sounds way rougher than with egr.

Also turbos sound way way different.

Yes i checked everything.

Um really sounds louder

Theres more a chicking sound from motor.(injectors rattle)

Also my sd card is off the mini maxx

Am running the. 39 version still

Your sd card if off the mini maxx. You took it out.......

Download the new tune....then upload the new firmware first
then download the new tune.....that will take care of the tune part. You will be glad you did
Id try the new tune, from what i can tell any rattle had on the previous tunes was cleared up by the newest tunes.
I cant explain the other stuff., my truck never changed as far as the sound after i did my delete.

Alright thanks yea i have been trying to update but sd card went corrupt so i bought one from walmart. But the computer dont let me do complete sd card so im going to take it to my friend that owns a diesel shop and ask him if he can do it for me

just reformat your original card

I tried but it didn't let me finish. Also my Turbos sound louder. I believe its the turbo wraps and egr delete.

Egr delete didn't change anything on my truck for noise. Changing my map sensor fixed my turbo issues and made the truck run way better. Update your mini and go from there

I pulled my map sensor out and cleaned it really well so i think its the tuner, if not then i will bust off the head covers and check the rocker arms and valve springs for wear. Anyone know about the blow offvalve. I checked all wiring and when activated ir works. The little block that connects to the actual value isnt working properly. Ether that or i need to adjust it again because of the delete. I dont know truck sounds, runs, and acellerates different. Idk the truck gets me places so im really not worried.

Faulty map sensor can do very funny thing made my engine sound loud as heck. Tons of injector rattle and turbos were loud and high boost. It might look clean but have stuff packed in it when you cleaned it. Who knows just a suggestion
