I'd check the compression... 6.4's are pretty unforgiving when it comes to burning down cylinders when an injector leaks.

I had it running for a good 5 minutes and fuel started leaking out of the muffler and clouds of white smoke. It idles fine and i have no missfires. What about cylinder 7 at -20%?

It's cutting fuel ... Suspect that injector is leaking also.

It's pouring fuel out the tailpipe now, after the #2 injector replacement?

no at fisrt it wouldn't turn on, we replaced the injector and now it runs but it blows tons of white smoke and there is diesel coming out of the exhaust pipes.

that makes sense on 7 and 2 I think I am going to try another injector.
