Well I ended up buying this 08 with 138k on it. Lariat, 6spd manual. I love it already, I can't wait till i can scrounge up enough to tune and delete it! hopefully soon!

well i have a mini maxx ordered, just to get it before they disappear. Then when i can scrape up a few more bucks I plan on putting a 4inch DP to 5 inch straight. Get an intake and egr delete and then start making the monthly payments haha

Ive read that the down pipe doesnt really give you much. Its a pain in the butt to take the downpipe off also. Sounds like you got er all figured out. you are going to like it.

Start putting your money away for a clutch.

My buddy's truck would slip the clutch on demand on a Spartan 210 tune.

Nice looking truck! Your lucky you found a lariat with a hand shaker. I wish they were easier to find. Id kill to have a hand shaker in a lariat. I love my KR but just wish the 6sp was an option.

Well hopefully it will last me for awhile. On my 6.0 it was slipping like crazy for awhile when i would put in on 5 with my juice, but after I started driving it in 5 all the time it kind of went away. Speaking of clutches, i did notice last night that once in awhile after i would let off the clutch it would not come back out all the way. Happened maybe 3 times in the course of an hour of driving. low fluid? any ideas?

Yes the Mini Max has the ability to run with DPF installed just most dont use it.

When you hook the Mini up it will ask you specifically if you have a Deleted DPF or not. You just answer No.

Once you get the exhaust deleted then you reprogram the Mini and say Yes to this question.

Also i wouldnt waste your money on the Down pipe, like said before its a PITA and doesnt net that much.

I would use that money and get a CAI if you havnt planned on that yet because the Facotry Air box sucks for a tuned truck.

If you have that planned then look into the newer larger Intercooler tubes to allow the truck to breath a little better.
