Couple issues with drivetrain and maybe suspension?

I am having a couple of issues with my truck and they are as follows.

Whenever I am making a left turn and only a left turn, I get this sound from the truck like the frame might be flexing/twisting and it isn't liking it and I hear a moaning type noise that you can hear throughout the truck. I can't think of what it would be but it certainly does not sound normal.

My other issue is I am getting a weird clunking/shifting sound from the left rear end every so often when I hit a bump at a very low speed and every time when I pull into my driveway which has the 45 degree curb. It sounds like something is loose or broken but with the truck sitting on the ground I can't find any bolts or anything loose at all and all leafs are in tact.

Any of you awesome people have any ideas for me on what it could be or what I could try and what I should be looking for?

Does the truck make the steering noise when it's stationary and you turn the wheel all the way?

For the suspension sound, get a friend or a few friends to get in the bed and bounce the truck while you listen and pinpoint the sound. Some parts are broken and hard to spot because they settle into their normal position when not under load.

Was talking with one of my mechanics at work along with another guy and they both said it could possibly be a wheel bearing going out? That's a good possibility now that that was brought up. What do you guys think?
