Buying a used high mileage 6.4 PSD

Like the title says I am very close to pulling the trigger on a used 2008 Job 1 6.4 PSD. I have a few question's and would like some of your opinions and expertise!

The truck is a 2008 single cab 2wd auto work truck. It has 176,000 miles and seems to run great! the stealership is asking $9,995 for it and I wanted to see what the 6.4 community has to say about it if it is a good buy for somebody on a tight budget

I want a solid reliable truck I can have fun with and I know if I do DPF&EGR deletes with a tuner of some sort it can be just that! My only concerns are the high mileage and it being a job 1 6.4, How concerned should I be? I have read some threads about the job 1 trucks and want to know if this truck has had all of those problems taken care of.

I got the Oasis from the dealer and it has had a few things done to it like recalls and some injectors and the cooling system venturi.

I understand some of what has been done to it in the past but can somebody tell me exactly what it has had done. And sitting at 176k miles is it past all of its problems if I DPF&EGR delete with a tuner right away?

Is it worth the buy for a good reliable truck?

Really it's a big gamble you could buy it and it would be the best 10,000 you ever spent or you could be putting 10,000 into it right away. I believe oasis shows on work done by ford. There could be lots of work done to it elsewhere. Doesn't mean that's a bad thing. Crawl all around it look for leaks underneath. Check the coolant and degas bottle things like that take it for a good test drive. Use your best judgement. I'm sure someone else will have better advice but that's all I got this late at night. Thank you, your absolutely right I will take a good look at everything. I just wish the damn dealer didn't pressure wash under the hood to see what was really going on and how well kept the truck was before hand. But judging from the body, paint and interior this truck was well taken care of! Anymore input like this would be great!
