Should be able to just search it as 6.4 high idle mod and a bunch of info will come up.

Edit: just check out powerstrokenation in the 6.4 tech files. Its in there with pics. I tried to load up the link but it didn't work for me to paste it over here

It's just hooking switch 4 to the PTO wire under your dash. 3 min mod...

It brings the idle up to 1200 rpm as opposed to 1000 or whatever it is from the factory. Helps to avoid wet stacking if you do any extended idling. Also it enables you to instantly kick the idle up instead of waiting for the trucks computer to do it on its own.

It will actually kick up from 1200-2400 based on how charged your batteries are. If your batteries are low it will rev higher to charge them (of you are connected to the PTO wire).

I just did this a few minutes ago,

I used the pto wire (yellow with green stripe) and attached it to my #3 upfitter (Supposedly Violet with green stripe, but the "green" stripe looked more Blue/Green to me) I used #3 as it is the lower amp of the upfitters. On an 08 at least IDK if it chaned over the years. https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas...tml/q117r1.pdf
It really is easy to do, took me probably 8 minutes as it took me a while to find all the wires, I had never even looked at the upfitter wiring (or the other blunt wires) before. As none of mine were labeled, I had to google the wiring diagram to find the correct wires.
