Steering shaft was undone, s. wheel got turned

Question, my buddy daughter hope it my truck and turned my steering wheel while the shaft was disconnected and it is looked all the way one direction but luckly I marked it before I took it apart. Will I be able to turn it when I crank the truck? Will it unlock?

It unlocked when I turned the key on. Sorry for the confusion I really didn't know what to ask. Just got to get my steering wheel lined back up. Thanks for replying?
