weird sound

question for you guys, i have had a strange sound coming from passenger side or center in my dash. kinda sounds like a computer when ur hard drive is spinning. very consistent no real pattern, random like morse code or something. any ideas?

I have the same, but no identity.. sounds JUST like a hard drive spinning and a processor clicking, though..

I found it the other day, from what I can tell it is one of the motors that controls the air ducts, it's in the center, maybe slightly right of center at the very bottom of the dash against the floor, you can actually push on the duct a little and it will stop, it sounds like a servo moving back and forth, almost like it can't park its self in the proper position so it keeps moving back and forth, and pushing in the area allows it to "park". You don't have to push very hard, it will move one more time then stop (and start up again shortly later lol).

No problem, it drives me crazy too, it's super quite, but once you notice it you can't un-notice it
