Need a diesel shop in Ohio

Hey fellas, I'm new to the board here. I used to own a 2004 6.0 liter and I'm about to get back in the seat of a powerstroke. I'm looking at a 2008 with 104k miles on it. I'm buying it on eBay basically with the ebay buyer protection plan, so I'll have five days to reject the truck. What I need is someone who has experience with these trucks to help me out and give it a good once over (I'd obviously pay for this service) and help me check everything we could short of taking the cab off and pulling heads etc. Eventually I'll be trying to add all the goodies, Spartan, exhaust, intake, studs, upgraded tranny, etc. So I'll need someone to install all of that as well. For now though I just need recommendations on who to help me inspect the truck.
