heater quit working

My heater quit blowing warm air whenever I'm driving down the highway. The coolant temp stays the same but it will only blow warm air when I'm not moving or driving in town. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Thermostat stuck open maybe? Also check coolant level, but usually low coolant level will do the opposite, blow warm air when you are driving and cold air when stopped (could also have an air bubble in coolant system somewhere).
