Just a question on how many times people are noticing there truck doing regen in a tank of fuel. I have no idea how many it should do in a tank to be normal or not. Thanks for any info

Mine happened about every 450-500 miles, but I also run the Bank's tuner which emits less soot then stock.

I thought this would be post 1 or 2 from a new member. I have to ask why you didn't search this topic? I am on a phone, or I would have posted links to the 5 or 6 threads I just saw from searching "regen".

depends on the truck and how hard you drive it. Also depends on what kind of shape your DPF is in. Some trucks see a regen every 200 miles or so, and others can go much longer between regens.

I have seen regen’s from 200 miles to 400 miles. The best I have seen is close to 600 miles driving down to GA from VA. It really depends on how you drive the truck. I also add Diesel Kleen at every fill up.
