Before buying what kind of things should I be aware of?

You get an oasis report? some have better luck than others with high mileage trucks, but IMHO it's all maintenance. The more your previous owner properly maintained the truck, a high mileage becomes less of a concern.
If you don't mind me asking, why did you sell your Raptor?
