Wastegate?
Ok so I'm going to pull the cab to do head gaskets and studs, but I have been reading and think that a waste gate would be a good idea. Who has done it? Is it worth it for the piece of mind?

Running standard tunes, with out aftermarket turbos, you will be fine with out it.
