Some Codes

I have a 6.4 over the house. It was tuned, driving it started to blast out some white smoke then lost power. I have these codes.... Any ideas?

P0266, P0302, T1000

PO266 - cylinder 2 contribution/balance
PO302 - cylinder 2 misfire/detected
PO1000 - OBD-II monitor testing incomplete

When I get time I will do a block check to make sure there are no EX gasses in the coolant. Will go from there.

i had the same codes for cylinder 3. I just pulled everything apart today. im throwing an injector at it in the morning, but gotta wait til i have the trans back to drive. ill let ya know if it fixes mine

I changed the injector that gave me the code and so far so good.
