EGR cooler delete question

I have a custom diesel egr cooler delete which looks like a knock off of the sinister delete. The instructions even say Sinister in it. I also downloaded the RCD instructions because the pictures were more clear. Both instructions say to remove the plastic coolant Y because it is brittle. At the end is says to reinstall the plastic Y but show no picture. What is it connected to at that point? Isn't all the plumbing plugged up or removed by then?

Don't know why no one responded. I have seen this question asked a few times already.

In cade you are wondering it just gets taken off so it doesn't get broken and to make it easier to remove the lower cooler. I just wanted to be sure i knew what i was doing before i started.
