I am going to look at an 09 Ford F-250 6.4L Powerstroke Lariat with 72K miles in the next couple days. Trying to do my homework now. Its a SCSB Black 4x4 Fx4 Lariat with Black leather inside.

Features include:
Power Heated Seats
Power Mirrors
Back up camera
6-CD changer
Ford Subwoofer
20" Factory Rims
33" all Terrain Factory Tires
Weather Tech floor mats
Fresh Service
All Ford service intervals completed

My questions are..

1. What do you think its worth?
2. What do i need to look for or check?

I know i need to get the VIN for carfax and oasis. Its an 09 so i shouldn't have to worry as much as 08 job 1 right?

I cant remember now but i might be able to get ahold of a scan gauge or dashdaq to scan, what do i need to look for? Trans slip etc.

I guess it is 100% stock and never modded.

He did say that the dual air on the pass side doesn't blow as cold as the driver side and ford quoted him $420.00 for that part and he has part # but passed on buying it.

Also said he is 2nd owner, has had it over a year and 1/2 but wants a Crewcab 7.3 longbed. It has maybe a 2 " rip or opening in seat leather from the 1st owner that slides in and out. Also maybe a couple little scratches in the bed but cant see them from over 6 ft. Not sure haven't seen, just what he has told me. Seems like an up front no BS guy.

He was asking 26,700 and said he would let it go for 25,000 without me even talking about price. Think there is much room to work?

i would offer 24k. but if you get it for 25k your still getting a good deal.

Thats what i'm thinking.. it does have a small dent (white golfball size) in driver finder also the $420 part to get the pass side ac to blow cold driver side does blow cold.
